Mixing your own e-liquids from scratch is one thing and it’s not something Vape Hawk is actually into, but combining different flavors of bottled e-liquids is something that we’re into and we are definitely not the only ones who do this. As we imagine we’re quite similar to a lot of vapers out there who like their “iced” vape juices, we’re going to share with all of you our absolute favorite menthol e-juice for mixing.
The Best Menthol E-Liquid For Mixing
Let’s get right down to business. The best menthol e-liquid that we’ve found for turning any ordinary e-juice into an iced e-juice is Vaper Empire’s Menthol vape juice from their “Classic Range,” which includes all of their standard flavors like tobacco, vanilla, and all that. Holy smokes is it one hell of a good menthol. It’s crisp, it’s icy, and it is powerful – so a little bit goes a long way.
We like to add just a touch to a nice fruity e-liquid and then give it a quick vape and add a little more if needed. This is probably the best way to go about it if you’re mixing it inside of a tank instead of a bottle. If you’re using a bottle you can always add more of the other flavor so long as you don’t fill the bottle all the way up right from the start. Ideally, you’ll use an app like this one to save any recipes you come up with so you can recreate them without all the guesswork later on. This is especially easy to do if you’re mixing in a bottle with measurements printed on it so you can see just how much of each flavor you’ve added to create that perfect juice.
Vape Liquid Made Right
This is a Vaper Empire e-juice so it falls into the “premium” category. They’re not off making their juices in some little hut in Asia because they have more sense than that. Instead, they’re taking advantage of the hi-tech manufacturing facilities in the UK to produce their e-liquids, making sure that it’s clean, well made, and expertly produced. For those that don’t know, the UK has some pretty strict e-liquid regulations, which means any juices coming out of there are 100% proper. You might not agree with all of the flavors, but the quality is not up for dispute. The regulations, which are called TPD regulations, require e-liquid manufacturers to be on their A-game. This means cleanrooms, proper bottles, and all that good stuff that’s to your benefit as a vaper.
Good E-Juices To Mix With
Here are some flavors that we’ve enjoyed mixing Vaper Empire’s menthol with:
- Peach
- Apple
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
- Pear
We could stop here because you probably get the point: we love iced fruit flavors. Take just about any good fruit e-juice and mix it with a bit of menthol and we’re sold. This is where it’s at. There are a lot of juices out there that do this for you, but they don’t always get the ratios right, which is why we often prefer to do it ourselves. Naked 100 E-Liquid, a brand some of you are sure to have heard of, have some really nice iced flavors that are good straight out of the bottle. Their “Very Cool” flavor, which they’ve apparently renamed to just “Berry,” is one of the better ones if you ask us. It’s an iced berry that’s very refreshing. We actually wouldn’t change anything about it because it’s one of those juices that are essentially perfect as is.
Vaper Empire actually has an iced berry as well, but it’s not yet available in a bottle and we’re not sure if it ever will be. It’s called Berry Crush, and at the moment it’s only available in pod form, and the pods only work with the Viggo Series, which is the company’s pod vape.
Mixing Multiple Bottled E-Liquid Flavors
Just in case some of you reading this have no idea what you’re doing when it comes to mixing flavors we’ll give you a quick overview of how it’s done. First, you take a container and fill it with your first flavor. The container can be an empty bottle, a vape tank, a vape cartridge, or whatever. It’s not terribly important what it is so long as it’s made out of the right material. There are actually companies that sell DIY e-juice mixing supplies so you can buy some proper gear if you want to really do it right. For us, a vape tank does the trick. Next, you want to add your second flavor. If you want to add more flavors after that you can, but the process really doesn’t change. Once you have your flavors added, you want to shake it up real good to make sure everything is evenly distributed. At this point, you can wait if you want but we like to just jump right in there and start vaping it immediately. Some people prefer to wait and while that may be the ideal way, it’s also the slow way and we’re not about that life.
