This might sound completely absurd (because it is) but police in Maryland were caught on camera tasering an 18-year-old man for vaping outside of a designated area. The disturbing incident took place on the boardwalk in Ocean City.

According to the cops, they saw the teen vaping outside of a designated area and addressed the violation. By their account, the young man then became disorderly and began resisting arrest. The video appears to tell a different story as the man appears to be calmy standing in front of the officers with his hands in the air before they hit him with the taser.
